Dr. Meat (aka "Zach Evans")
The cinematic mastermind behind the MEAT Team is award-winning filmmaker Zach Evans. The good doctor honed his cutting-edge narrative and documentary techniques as a student at the University of Michigan. Though Zach is behind the camera for the majority of both MEAT Team movies, his presence is felt through the cinematography, editing, and horrified screams that define these cinematic masterpieces. Zach is currently working in the television industry in Los Angeles, and producing independent films on the side.

The Meat Handler (aka "Peter Wilson ")
A gifted zoologist, Peter usually works with meat that's still alive, but he is willing to set his ethics aside for the sake of meat experimentation. His research background provides the MEAT Team with a foundation of scientific rigor, while his field experience gives him the knowhow and wherewithal to guide expeditions into the suburban jungle. A graduate of Michigan State University, the Meat Handler is presently working out of New Orleans and considering grad school.

Der Fleischmacher (aka "Meathead" aka "Matt Schafer")
Matt brings a salt-of-the-earth perspective to the MEAT Team, offering equal doses of profanity, hilarity and disgust. A resonant bass with perfect pitch, Matt Schafer is a widely acclaimed up-and-coming opera singer, with a bright future ahead of him. Though never one to indulge, Matt has been known to sneak an occasional sip of malt liquor. Matt is a graduate of Lawrence University in Wisconsin, and is currently spending a year in Ann Arbor before pursuing grad school.

The Meat Messiah (aka "Dave Baker")
A philosopher of physics with virtually unparalleled intelligence, Dave brings an almost divine level of mental reasoning to the team. As the newest member of the crew, he was under pressure to prove himself in the Tour du Meat, and he succeeded with flying colors. Dave and Zach were flatmates and fellow students at the University of Michigan while they pursued their undergraduate studies. Currently Dave is working towards his PhD at Princeton, and recently saw his first published paper.
