Francis the hooded vulture. This is in the morning, hence the long shadows, and right after a rain. Francis is trying to dry off. It's slightly fuzzy because I'm a ways away with the zoom all the way in, because when Francis and I get too close it tends to be bad for me. She looks scruffy because it's molting time. Hooded vultures are the smallest of African vultures, and they pretty much just follow the other vultures around and pick up what they leave.
