Einstein is our lone Egyptian vulture. One particular group of Egyptian vultures has learned how to eat ostrich eggs. Their beaks are too light to break the shells, so they pick up rocks and throw them at the eggs. Only this one population has learned how to do that, and they teach it to their offspring.
